If so, you have come to the right place for professional help.

Rust is among the most difficult stains to remove by far.  Trying to remove these tough stains by yourself, may just lead to serious damage to the surface.

The tools and processes that you use must actually be compliant to Federal and Local rules and regulations. If you are in any way harming the environment, then you could be up for some serious violations – and high fines. We make sure this does not happen, as we are EPA Compliant.

We normally have 70-95% success of restoring the effected area to its natural state, but we also often have 100% success.

What causes the rust stains on my concrete?

Rust colored stains on concrete and your home can be caused by a number of different factors. Rust stains can be unsightly and distract from a patio, walkway, or even concrete and vinyl siding or foundation of your home.

Patio Furniture

  • Iron or metal patio furniture that gets wet from rain or sprinkler systems may leave rust stains on your concrete. In addition, metal gutters or any metal screws that are used on the side of your concrete home or near any concrete patio or walkway may cause rust stains as well. The rust is caused when metallic particles are washed off of the metal from the water and sit on the concrete. This generally takes place over time, and not just a single rainstorm or water event. Over time, the metal gets worn and damaged, and as more water hits it, more particles will be released onto the surface.

Hard Water

  • Another problem that may be causing rust-colored stains on your concrete is hard water. Hard water is saturated with high amounts of minerals such as calcium and magnesium. This is generally the case in well water and many Cities in Colorado, which may be used in watering your lawn or in your sprinkler system. As more water settles on your concrete over time, the minerals build up and create rust-like deposit pools where the water has dried and left minerals deposited in its place.
